I spoke with Bud today and he says LDAKA should be fine, confirms he got such as story about why they sold.. wouldn't elaborate. He says that he will pursue this in the May issue. Although it makes him unconfortable to see selling at these levels he feels the low of 1 3/8 will hold no matter what...and he would accumulate it there..(Joco thats the downside) and we should see upside in Juneish.. The April upside he feels in this market is premature due to the June-July announcement dates (previously it was felt the announcement would be sooner).. He said the street will know before he or anyone else does.. He feels late May-June we should see something positive..also he says the money if it flows in will flow in very fast and won't give a sitter much of a chance to get on board.. He also added if Lidak does not perform in this market is proof that nothing will...feels the Nasdaq is painted by Intel Msft blue chippers and does not reflect the weakness out there.. but jeezzz all they got to do is use the right placebo and bingo they have it.. how hard can that be?? they have a product but can't run a test for sh....t..!!! luis
