I got more infos: OEII - Outer Edge Inc Shares issued: 71,243,133 Address: 3210 - 130 Adelaide St W Toronto ON M5H 3P5 Phone 514 947 0949 there is a second company with the same address: Cong Industries Inc Shares issued: 0 Address: 3210 - 130 Adelaide St W Toronto ON M5H 3P5 Phone 416 360 7165 does anyone know something about the relation between oeii and Cong ??? the third company in close relation to Outer Edge is Virtual Images Canada (mentioned earlier) It seems that Cong has a symbol but there are no shares issued and therefore also not traded ... I called 416 360 7165 yesterday (I thought I called Outer Edge - got the number from Joe's Post#11) - however I actually called Cong and the woman on the phone promised to send me their usual business package - I'll let you know whether I receive now material about Outer Edge, Cong, or Virtual Images ... On other fronts: Tony, where did you get the information about the reverse split ? and Joe, you mentioned something about a problem with the IPO of oeii: Did Ray mention anything more specific ? And: What is the difference between owning oeii-c and oeii ??? I thought it is only that the first can be purchased with canadian pennies and the US-oeii has to be purchased with 2 US-tin-pennies ... S.
