John does I2 sell an 'off the shelf' product or are they basically custom contractors that do something unique for each customer? Granted 'unique' meaning they can leverage past ideas into present projects. The software app industry went through this same transformation. From custom, to semi custom, to standard off the shelf apps, to standard off the shelf apps that can then be fairly easily customized by the customer. Trying to get a handle on I2 and how they may stand up when the ERP and CRM markets start to converge with the b2b market (it's already starting to happen).
