Prophet, there is one hidden risk to RMBS in the litigation if they lose, the risk that the basic patents will be found invalid, then there might be a possibility they do not get royalties even on the RDRAM chips, or at least much smaller royalties than expected. Without reading these patents in detail, I am in no position to determine how big this risk is. Zeev
