Take a profitable company and use that tax loss, You should research the IRS rules regarding this matter, you might be surprised! Besides not being allowed, what kind of business plan is that? That plan is almost as good as for instance suing hotel chains for interfering with their original business plan! This company seems to keep changing their business plan, Why? Unless insiders are propping up the stock, (to cover operating costs)what else does this company have to offer TODAY! I will say one thing though they are masters of the weekly news releases!
