I appreciate your comments. However, RMBS has nearly 100 RDRAM patents, so I doubt invalidation of these four would have much impact. Moreover, the licensees would still be bound by the terms of their licenses. Finally, no one disputes that RDRAM was a unique invention and "non-obvious." It is really only the RMBS patents' applicability to SDRAM and DDR which appear open to debate.
