MEL.. I have very little interest in edata anymore. It is interesting to hear such venom from these two warring factions. Trouble is...
Meeting is tomorrow and too late for any of us to make any difference at this point. All of this information came too late...WHY? Concidering the importance, we should have been made aware of the problems BY CURRENT MANAGEMENT...who did not; and the meeting set in a timely manner for us to digest the points of bothe sides...which they did not.
I strongly suspect that we should have supported Spira, if we had had all the info earlier that is now on this thread.
Mel...you ask about Spria's business plan. Give me a break!!! When did current management have a 'business plan' or do anything for many shareholders now in the hole. Almost any change would be worth a try...current has done little. More to the point, the opposition seems to have a passion to save edata....I don't see much action by current management.
Bottom line..none of you will ever see one dime...make that one penny from this. Trying new management costs you nothing.
