Tim, the market is NOT overbought. Some stock are overbought and some are oversold. You cannot make generalized statements about the entire market... that's like saying, "go 100% cash"... this is about picking the right stock at the right time. Some will go up and we need to shared ideas about those that will. CS is one of them I think.

For what it's worth, I think the financials are oversold and internet retailers are oversold. I think telecoms are in a period of consolidation and can go way up from here. In my opinion, mainstream retailers are dead money and speciality stores, except Tommy Hilfinger, are a good bet. I think telecome equipment sellers, bandwidth providers, cable companies and CDMA technology still has a long way to go.

Let's talk about specific stocks and not about the whole market..... such generalizations are never accurate.
