I do not know if GFP is liquid. But in order to be listed on Nasdaq/Amex you need certain requirements. If memory serves me correctly here they are:
1. So many MM's
2. Trade at $5.00 for a certain period (too get listed)
3. A minimum asset value
4. Revenue requirements
5. Minimum market cap value.
Please correct me if I have something wrong. It has been a long time since I reviewed the rules. Also, I believe company will go for AMEX listing. For obvious reasons.
