With $1.75-1.80 in assets, .80/share in cash ($28 mill) and looking for tech. deals it probably doesn't have a lot of downside at this point and I would expect the $1-.95 support to hold very well. If you go look at the trades you will find that CC was the player that initial helped drive the price down into the .80's then brokers the PP for insiders and scooped up tons of shares.

I'll be waiting for CC to unload those ~700k shares they are holding from that mid-Dec bottom in the .80's.

CC bought all those shares for an average of .87... knowing CC style I don't think they will just be looking for .25-.30 on the trade. However I agree when CC starts selling like a madman we will have at least a short term top... so far CC is not on the sell. I guess time will tell.

Do you know the size of the float

35 million shares out... around 8-10 mill can be traced but your guess is as good as mine where the others sit. The prez. (Hislop) has been on the buy for the last 2 years without any sales.
