Wayne, Thanks for the update. The company TSSW has shares in is in the quiet period. We should know soon. E-commerce companies have shown big gains in the past when they went public. I am hoping for a good open when it does go public. This is the only way I will be able to get in an e-commerce IPO is to buy shares in a company that has an investment position in one. If you are right and the company has filed and has a price, we should know soon. Lets hope the offering is significantly oversubscribed. DC
