John...I gave up trying to figure out what this company owns quite a while ago... Just when I got if figured they turn around and flip the asset for more than what they paid for it... As long as they do that, be happy... Take this into consideration... They started Trackpower from the ground up, financed it and are currently building it up... My guess is that they will sell their % in Trackpower for a hell of a lot more than what they've got in it... Whey I met with the principals last year, I was told that they wouldn't let Trackpower go for less than $5.00/per share (can't remember if that was US or Can. $'s)... At the rate they are signing up those tracks in the US (at last count they had 35), my guess is that he will get what he wants in short order and more than likely already has the buyer(s) in his back pocket, only thing is, I think that he has to build it up to a yet to be identified amount of race tracks signed, before he get's it... Once he's got it where he wants it, I'm 100% sure that he has another one (deal) already lined up for SMM... Rumour is, it's a wireless that trades on Naz... So, my suggestion to you is, don't worry about it... The share value of SMM will tell the story... The thing to keep in mind is that this might be more than a day trade in order to maximize your return... The stock ran up on last spring on deals that were being negotiated, and it will again this spring on pending deals are still being negotiated... ...ed
