Winzer,

Once this deal is sealed, it would be a really good time to seek a merger of BGI, Golden Star Resources and St. Jude Resources. Between the three companies, they would have plenty of operating capital, great exploration potential, an operating mine in hand and a solid core of mining professionals to take the company to the next level(s). In BGI's case, they could finally come to the table from a position of strength and barter a better deal than they could have just a few months ago.

I think that given the assets of each company, a fair evaluation would likely have each of the companies seen as equals, but of course that would need to the determined through the garnering of a 'fairness opinion' by a financial institution that they all respected.

Alone, they each face a daunting task to survive and prosper in today's mining market. Together, however, they stand a fairly good chance at building a good size successful mining company.

What do you think?

Brian
