IMM PROJECTS:
The IF7 Project(Aids)
Status:Dr. Heinz Kohler, president of ImmPheron said, "the studies we have completed on 1F7 are very promising and indicate that 1F7 may represent an important new mode of treatment for AIDS. Immpheron's focus is on completing early stage pre-clinical science and it is, therefore, not within our mandate to participate in the continued development of 1F7 as it moves towards human trials. ImmPheron will provide any support that it can to Immune Network in the ongoing development and, as a member of Immune Network's Science Advisory Network, I remain personally committed to the 1F7 project."
New drug IND should be filed soon with the FDA!!
The Alzheimer's Project
Status: Immune Network has acquired exclusive worldwide rights to patented technology for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Pending approval of the Investigational New Drug (IND) application, being prepared by PPD for submission to the FDA in the first quarter of 2000, Immune Network anticipates commencement of the clinical trial in the second quarter of year 2000.
The Asthma Project
Status: This project is at an early stage and we'll know more about it later in the year.
Internet Project
Immune Network Research Ltd. confirmed its continuing participation in the internet with an investment in a new online health and fitness company based in Seattle, Washington. This strategic investment is the successful culmination of Immune Network's participation in a website development joint venture announced earlier this year.
Status: The new company expects that it will release its flagship, web-based service in March, 2000.
