Mostly technical reasons for buying WM here, and a Contrarian viewpoint. Everyone figures financial stocks are toast and they have been selling off like crazy. Even with the earnings downgrade, WM is selling at a projected P/E of under 10. That's pretty good. Nothing stays the same forever and it's quite oversold here. I'm not married to the thing, though. If it keeps on tanking, I'll be out lickety split. CD
