I think Conv is a Mom&Pa outfit, have you folks notice the annual report they send us, the postage stamps was pasted on, means they don't own a Pitney Bowes meter and don't utilize web site like Stamp.com or E-stamp. The return proxy enevolpe have another stamp on, means they don't have a business reply account with the postal service.
