Solid,

Good post.

The TWX + EMI $20b deal this weekend almost declared who is going to be in charge after AOL + TWX. How clever they came up with AOL paying TWX with 1.5 a share instead of TWX buying AOL with 0.67 a share. After reading Newsweek article, makes me strongly believe that Case want to grab some final quick $ and get out.

I hope ATHM and MSOs management could stay focus on their existing broadband deployment strategy. This camp almost got knocked down last year by AOL's open access plot, shouldn't have happen, but unfortunately AOL was too strong a force back then, just by a few us here were not enough power to swing the majorities blindness. Fact is fact, truth about AOL will reveal soon.
