Well if Celera or anyone else plans on using the genes they are now "discovering", they had better plan on paying a healthy royalty to INCY who will have patent precedence on a huge number of these other companies discoveries. Could be a nice long term up expected revenue stream for INCY. You can bet the license price will be a lot steeper after infringement than paying INCY for the license upfront. The more who develop INCY's IP unknowingly, the more INCY will reap down the road. Rman
