Globespan is up from $80 around first jan 1. They are also a partner with ADTN. Regardless, I hope that as the deal closes GSPN stock doesnt plummet. If so, the deal for pair is less, maybe why the $90 million note is there.
Nice if GSPN stays here or goes higher.
Thats about $345 milllion in cash if GSPN stays same. Plus the note.
Lots of cash money for a $13 stock.
