abbigail: Why would DOJ make such a point at this time hen they are trying to prove a contrary point in court? That is why I said this was peculiar timing and indicated perhaps that DOJ felt that this was the only way they could lash out at MSFT as they saw their case crumbling given the recent AOL deals and the increased price of the shares of all those that had complained. Now the complaining competitors cannot even claim harm. And since their was no harm to the consumer where is the basis for an anti-trust suit? JFD
