Amazon.com raising drugstore.com stake

SEATTLE, Jan 24 (Reuters) - Internet retailer Amazon.com Inc. (NasdaqNM:AMZN - news) said Monday it would
boost its minority stake in drugstore.com Inc. (NasdaqNM:DSCM - news) and would get $105 million as part of a deal

Amazon.com would make an additional $30 million investment in drugstore.com. The move would bring its total stake in drugstore.com to almost 28 percent.

The company said in a statement that Amazon.com and drugstore.com would integrate a number of their shopping features and create a drugstore.com

Under the agreement, Amazon.com would receive $105 million over three years.
