Here is some information comparing the first quarter of 97 to the fourth quarter of 96.
1stQ 97 4thQ96
Product Revenues 7,592,000 6,818,000
Licensing Revenues 508,000 1,900,000
Service and Other Revenues 1,025,000 1,325,000

The good news that I see is that they are replacing the licensing revenue that was known to be decreasing. Product revenue is up and with the break even point at around 10 million now the chances of profits this year are excellent.
