Is this a good Short Candidate,

Yellowbubble.com (YBBL) is an RTO which began trading heavily last week, and is co-listed on the Berlin Exchange. Share price is currently at $20.00 and as far as I can tell is based purely on hype. Last week in Germany two recommendations where issued with a target price of $80-100. I guess in Europe they do not have disclosure rules like they do in the US because neither report states how much these guys have been paid. One report was by Der Aktioner (An investment magazine) muster-depot.de The other report with the target was by Alfred Maydorn of Stockworld (A popular online investment site) stockworld.de It is featured on his phone-in hotline.

Here is the best part, the website is non-existent, yellowbubble.com

YBBL has one press release about the name change. In this PR it has a paragraph about the Company. This is the only corporate information I can find.

I'm new to shorting, but for the life of me cannot find value in this Company, especially nothing to warrant a $20.00 share price.
