The sales are the key as with any creative group or company. The
competition is tough, and there is sooooo much independent work
going on in this field, that the big corporate attack does have
weakness in the overhead. That's one of the key differences and one
of the key points of why many companies that were in the creative
audio visual world broke up and went back to hiring freelance on an
as needed basis. They paid more for the imported talent, but took off
all the pressure of continuing sales to support the structure of having all those people on payroll all year long.
With mulimedia being more and more available to "the masses" of techno
people the market is tough. But IT IS BIG...and they may well be positioning themselves well as one of the BIG players, which in itself
may attract enough attention and business their way to compete.
Time will tell...
