I would also like to Know what this Russian system is In WWII, The Russian Army would only reinforce divisions that were succeeding. My "Russian Army" method is too sell laggards and reinforce winners. The typical Broker will have you sell winners to "lock in profits", and keep losers to "wait until they come back". My method is designed to force you to sell the losers that you don't want to admit failure on, by putting the money into winners that will go up and make you feel better. (When we get a FAQ posted, I won't do this explanation any more.)
