Realist, I would agree with that. Verses like James 1:2-3 ... Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance.... make me realize that I may not have a clue WHY I am being tested over something now, because of God's plan later in my life or someone elses. This is where I fall short, because I tend to see only an little bit and only right now... And the ""degree"" of the trial is another interesting thing...what we perceive to be a great test may be nothing to the next person, so it is hard to see others "tests", no? dan
