I whole heartedly endorse your "NO" position on the COMS/USR merger. COMS has not been good for USRX.

My only question is what is $80 solo-USRX share price based on? I have seen this figure often in the posts, but I don't know where it comes (not COMS) from.

Please help me understand the potential $80 value without COMS.
