Jane -- I got high fills on many stocks (like PTSC and EDIG) only to have them fall down, fill the gaps and then resume taking out old highs. I sold most PTSC at 2 1/2 (look at it now - opened at 7, went back down to 5 and now over 6) and EDIG - I sold at prices of 2 1/2 then 6 1/2 and then 10 -- always on the way down because I didn't want to give back everything --- now at 22+. But it opened at 24 and went down to 19 1/2 and now back up. TSIS should continue into strength -- the pennies are hot right now and this is in the right sector. Perhaps you should average down. Problem with bulletin board stocks is that you can't win with a trade dispute .. been there, done that -- and lost. The market makers are under no obligation to fill your order when received and they claim that there are 1000's of orders ahead of yours .. so you are at their mercy. Always place a limit order -- you can raise the limit if it doesn't fill. On these fast movers, I tend to place a limit 1/8 - 1/4 above the ask just in case it moves above it. When it was 2 1/4 you should have put in a limit for 2 1/2 to play it safe. Hopefully you didn't buy a full position as you could average down. Should move back up to test today's high (I hope) .. but seems there are a lot of people that think $5 is conservative for this stock this week. Hope they are right.
