Bob, I don't want to buy right now, but I like the healthcare REITs. One reason is that Clinton is pushing long term care insurance as part of Medicare and our ageing population needs them. But that will make nursing home and hospice services available to a growing number of potential patients. I haven't done the work in this area to differentiate one from the other, (and the area is famous for fraud and corrupt practices) as I don't like the stock market, but I will when the fit hits the shan on the market.
