Mark -- Thanks for responding. I wouldn't have had the courage to go down the path I did had I not had a source who understood the company from the inside out. Fortunately there's a lot of information in the public domain for anyone willing to sift through it. It would be interesting to know how much protection "safe harbor" statements give a CEO. There's certainly a lot more said publicly than in print when it comes to TERN's position in the industry and more specifically with CableLabs. Frankly, I'm glad Pete's as low-key as he is. This industry is in its infancy and there's a long road ahead for those who have the technology to meet its demands. Pat
