Lord- is the Uselton mentioned in the NCSR coverage related to Jack Uselton, the famed creator of Mountain Energy (MTEI) which became a poster child for not investing in BB stocks? MTEI was the pump & dump of the year in 1998, and made several magazine articles as a result. There is a popular thread here on SI regarding it. FWIW, I heard Uselton was related. If this is confirmed, I'd steer clear of KKRS.
