Odi The price of $3.25 US (say $5.00 Cdn) is a 35% discount to the market. Add to that warrants at a 10% premium for 2 years and the buyers got a terrific deal. Hopefully the cachet of Motorola will make up for this to the ordinary shareholder. Fred
