It was Smith Barney.
It wasn't CPQ it was UIS.
There were no Insider sales to speak of, But the team that left did sell their shares, except for the ex-President.
There were sales, but they were after the Company announced less than stellar earnings.
Major class action suits are filed whenever any Company's stock drops.

Asside from that your post is correct. :)

It is always good to monitor insider sales.
