Here's an article that is pressuring the industry today:

While this IPO is being well received, several analysts are saying that the health care industry will be slow to adopt B2B solutions, conservative as those top managers are. In my opinion, they'll come round, as they talk to their Board of Director buddies from other industries and hear of the benefits from their friends. With Y2K almost out of the way, health care IT officers can begin to think seriously about this stuff. I aim to be patient for a while longer; I expect PILL to grind steadily higher in the next few months. It shouldn't be too hard to play the swings in the slow uptrend.
