VGIN up 2, LUMM holding nicely at 23.50 as well ... lumm on the pinks, for which this quote server works - qs-alt.secapl.com This deal on VD will mean we have more cash and some warrants in an outfit which our management deems can get more value out of VD than it could on its own ... that fair to say? ... also we have realised a profit, so this will affect the 1Q00 earnings ... and taxes, of course ... last year's financials didn't come until mid-May, so we may not be clear on the 99 details till then ... seems fairly clear it's still trading way below NAV though eh ... i wonder how much of the detail the company will divulge in the meantime ... cheers
