I would hate to see a new joint company spinoff! SEBL needs to stay close but not joined to IBM so shareholders can continue to benefit from continued rapid valuation. I would not mind seeing IBM buy some SEBL shares to show their solidarity since that would just reduce the public float. The problem with a strong IBM relationship in my opinion is the risk of IBM buying out the company. The benefit of the relationship of course is the customer base IBM has that has not yet started their CRM efforts. I like everybody else am waiting to see how this works out.
