Thanks, On another note. I have been doing some business reading. Has anyone heard of the ATAR model? Awareness - Customers must be aware that the product/service exists. How many people know about ZSUN besides the sharelosers? Trying - A Customer must try the product/service. I tried a4s. didnt like it. I tried pinmail. Did not work behind firewalls. I installed pinmail on website. SLOW, etc Availabilty - The product/service must be available. Most of zsun sites have said "Coming in the near future" ... When it does debut, the site is less than expected and less than adequate. A one maybe 10? person staff, even if they infringe on copyrighted material (playboy), can not develop fast enough. Retrying - The customer must retry(reuse) the service. ba ha ha ha ha. waj (what a joke)
