The EDGAR filing is on FreeEdgar. Here's the link: freeedgar.com It's my understanding that this filing has not necessarily received the SEC's "No comments" blessing yet. Does anyone know how we get notified when that happens? If it happens before Friday (1/28), I think we avoid having the "E" jammed on the end of our symbol. Also, it looks to me like we have until 2/24 to get the "No comments" blessing. If not, we would be delisted (to "the pinks") on that date with a symbol of "NUTK". Anyone out there know for sure if this is correct? TIA
