Jon and everyone...Regarding SI's server problems, I sent them a pretty candid e-mail and thought all would be interested in their response: "Hi there, Thanks for writing. The problems that you have been experiencing with our servers will soon be no more. We are currently in the process of moving our servers from Los Angeles up to Seattle. This is why there have been bad connections and so forth. The relocation is almost complete, so hang on and you'll see that great service that you have come to expect from SI once more. We appreciate your patience. Thank you for contacting our customer service group. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you in the future."
