I exchanged e-mails today with David Jones. At the risk of stealing his thunder, here's what's up. All regulatory approvals from govt of Ghana are received. ASL advised BGI that funds were being wired. As of today, BGI was waiting to hear confirmation from their bank, and a news announcement will be made immediately.

Obviously they are being signaled by GSR to drill holes at Opon, and that's precisely what will happen. The new drilling is high enough priority that Simioneau is going to Ghana immediately to formulate the plan with Vic King.

You were correct about the Bui extension. They now have until Sept.30,2001 to spend the $3.5 million ($2.3 million spent so far). There are four drill targets ready to go with special emphasis on Tombe-Parabu.
