I believe both are great stocks (JDSU and QCOM). I believe in QCOM enough to double my holdings in it today. QCOM may have gotten ahead of itself a bit last year while JDSU is starting up the steep updraft of one horrendous tornado. QCOM will do fine though until another tornado comes along .. then she will either ride it up or be swept aside.

My opinion though is that QCOM is well focused for the convergence in industries we now see looming ahead of us. Wireless technologies - especially high speed wireless will be an important part of the internet build out. JDSU, NT and many others will prosper building the backbone of the structure. GBLX and others as the new breed of carriers. QCOM and others in the wireless environment. And the last mile solution still to be determined.

Be still Fiber... we are all part of one big happy family feasting at the high speed internet build out table :-)
