As long as you realize of course that the ratio is NOT going to change. In the merger conference call, the CEO's were questioned closely on this subject. Their very firm reply was that the ratio will STAY at 1.75:1 no matter WHAT happens in the marketplace prior to the deal closing. The ratio is absolutely fixed. That is "hard-wired" into the agreement.
