<<I gave Bill fair warning when REFR was around 12 and several more times as it rose. His response was all bravado and the ridiculous assertion that his pockets are somehow deeper than mine.>>

This is - of course - a lie. In this post by "Bink":

He says:

<<<I bet I can buy more shares of REFR than you can short. How deep are your pockets?>>>

I made no "assertions" or claims that my pockets were deeper than Bink's. In fact - the exact opposite happened. Most stock touts who come here (and boy -we've seen a lot of them) are very "flexible" with the truth. IMO, Bink doesn't own more than 100 shares of the REFR stock fraud.

I did assert that my balance sheet and net income were stronger than REFR's. This is absolutely true.

By the way Bink, I'm glad for you that the REFR stock fraud is going up, at least it's covering your losses on IDTC.

There is absolutely no reason to cover the REFR stock fraud and I continue to recommend averaging up.

When and if REFR delivers a positive earnings report, I'll be more than happy to cover.

By the way, there's an old saying about not confusing a bull market with brains. Just about every micro-cap has been going through the roof, and there has been massive short-covering as a result. Since these are typically thinly traded/illiquid issues,. the price movements tend to be exagerrated. If you don't believe me, check out the chart of REFR alongside other frauds such as HEB, SRCM, VLNC, GUMM...even ZITL!
