In the June 3 Barrons. UBS continues to rate SBYT a BUY because of its
potential as a takeout candidate. Does any know the Bookvalue of
SBYT to determine a possible buyout price.

Fy97 estimates are Sales of $95M from $100M and a net loss of
(.16) from (.10)

With FY97 sales of $95M and ~24M Shares Outstanding. I think it might
go for $10. ~ 2x Sales. Now who would buy them?
