OTOTOT: The incomplete pass I have been watching the NFL for 35 years. It is my favorite spectator sport. I watch just about every game that is televised in our area (fliping back and forth to catch virtually every play of the games that are on at the same time). Bottom line...I am a genuine football nut. With respect to the incomplete pass....I really don't understand the controversy. The ball clearly touched the ground in the process of being caught. By definition it is incomplete. So what's the controversy?? FF
