Are you basing this conclusion upon anything else other than the pushing back of the IPO?

I base my conclusion strictly on the delay of the IPO date. I have found that when an IPO is delayed numerous times in fair market conditions, it usually signifies that acquisition negotiations are in stride. A recent example of this is Golden Sky DBS.
