Why do you think Ballard hasn't made itself known in the states.
Where is the NECAR5.

I personally think they are timing the NECAR5 for maximum impact. After the cell hoopla dies down a little, they'll bring it out and hopefully Mania II. This time, it won't be a "bring your pals" event because no one else has this application.
