OTOTO: the incomplete pass <The ball was caught and controlled well before the ball touched the ground and besides, the knees hit first. The ground did not cause the ball to come loose either. Even if it had, the ground cannot cause a fumble.> His knees have absolutely nothing to do with anything. The ball not coming loose has nothing to do with anything. This is simply a case of people not understanding the rules. I'd like to see a single official who knows the rules come out and say that the pass was completed. My guess is you can't find one. FF
