James, Thanks.

But why the news said the other three companies (MSFT, SBC and Telmex) will finance the rest of 49% of shares? Does it mean they all together will own ALL shares after the deal is closed?

I prefer to keep my shares longer if I can keep my shares. Because my average cost is about $13/share. If I sell now, lose about 30%.
