Last summer/fall we twice enjoyed great runs up to around the $3.50 mark before the stock fell back to it's recent range of .84 to $1.03. It was rangebound for several months, frustrating investors and management alike. Two houses, WSEI and MHMY, relentlessly pounded out the stock and due diligence freaks like ourselves struggled to find out what was going on. I called management on several occasions and was met with the same frustration I felt. Whatever was going on is now over, or about to be over. The stock has broken out of that range and IMO will be heading to prices higher than those that we enjoyed last summer/fall.

Look for two events to propel the share price. First, consistent and determined buying by overseas money which, regardless of the "E" and a possible short stay on the pinks, will be buying the shares for the long haul over the next weeks and months to come. Second, a major announcement. Once the company is granted fully reporting status the expectation is that OGPS will be trading in the $5.00 range at a minimum.

I write this as a long term investor in the company and it's technologies. I am not paid in any way to promote this company. The company is focusing on Barron's, The Wall Street Journal and Investor's Business Daily for investor awareness. Do your own due diligence and nothing I wrote here is more than rumor until it is fact. But watch carefully IMO, it looks like this time it will be for real and the upside is tremendous.
